My beautiful Mum has always played a very important role in my life. Sadly she passed away suddenly in 2019, however she left behind a legacy to nurture and care for others so they can reconnect with themselves; mind, body, spiritual balance.

 

The modalities I work with are gentle, safe, relaxing, non-invasive and adapted to suit your needs, providing you with the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality time focused on you.. ♥

My philosophy is to work in an integrative way, to concentrate on the techniques that will strengthen the healthy elements inherent in every body, which will in turn help the individual to recover and/or keep optimum health.

I firmly believe that You are the best person to manage your own health, and love to work with clients using my experience and intuition to give some tools and guidance to help gain and sustain each person’s own individual health goals.
